If you only offer Escort Services you might be wondering how you’re going to keep afloat during the Coronavirus lockdown.
You will have probably heard about distance learning and online doctors, all using video conferencing to put their traditional face-to-face business online. Well, Adult Work has all the tools and features you need to become an online escort!
Whilst setting up more options on your profile may be daunting, there are two other roles you can use to become an online escort that will allow you to continue to engage with your clients and provide bespoke, value-added services to them. There’s also a bonus you may be entitled to
Add Phone Chat
- Keep in touch with your regulars and provide them with your unique service over the phone.
- Members will be paying you for by-the-minute for as long as you both stay on the call.
- You don’t have to give out your number and they can only get through to you when you want to say that you’re available.
To add Phone Chat to your profile, tick the Phone Chat box on your Registration Details Page then run the Profile Wizard where you’ll enter your phone number (so our system can connect calls to you) and your desired per-minute rate.
Remember, your customers do not get to see your actual phone number.
Your availability (whether to show as available for calls or not) can be set via your Available Now Page.
Once you’re up and running, send your customers to your Profile Page or My Adult Site (see below for what that is). They’ll see links that will allow them to call you. They will be issued with a PIN then call a London landline number to be connected with you.
Add Webcam Services – DirectCam
We've updated the DirectCam broadcaster which doesn’t rely on Flash player. You can use it from your desktop, laptop, phone and tablet. Two-way cam should be a much better experience as well. Read the 'DirectCam Helper' guide here.
This is the ‘video conferencing’ bit. This is basically like having a FaceTime or WhatsApp video call from your phone, but you do it from your computer. You can provide your customers with video, sound and typed text chat (you won’t be able to see them unless you enable “cam to cam”).
You can have more than one person on the call (or in your room) at once which is called Group Mode or do a private one-to-one show in Private Mode. There is a free preview mode as well that allows members to talk to you before they enter a paid-for mode. Each mode is optional.
All the while people are in your room, they’re paying you at a per-minute rate that you set.
To enable Webcam Services on your profile, visit the Registration Details Page and tick the ”Webcam Services” box. Then run the Profile Wizard and enter as much information as you can, especially what modes you want to allow (group, private etc.) and how much to charge people for each. Take the time to explore the buttons and options and read the accompanying help text.

Once you’re up and running tell your customers to visit your Profile Page where links will appear allowing them to view you on cam.
There are several articles here on Insider to help you get more out of DirectCam, all worth a read when you get time. If you have time now, this article makes for easier reading.
